Self-Release Yoga

Self-release yoga event on May 21, 5:30-6:30 PM, at The Yard @ The Livery, $10 suggested donation. All levels welcome!

At the Yard, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm 

Learn myofascial release techniques while practicing gentle yoga outside! No tools necessary, just bring your mat and water bottle. Julie will lead a gentle yoga class and incorporate self-massage techniques designed to release stubborn tension. There will be an emphasis on anatomy, alignment, and poses to improve circulation.

$10 donation suggested. All skill levels welcome. Bring your mat and water bottle.
