NPRD is a Special District that receives revenue from ad valorem property tax  at the rate of 1.000 mills, as approved by voters. 

In addition, rent and fees are collected:

-->  from those using the facilities located at 1555 Summit Street in Norwood, CO.  

--> from program participants. 

--> for attendance at events. 

NPRD also welcomes donations and contributions from community members, and grant funds from various organizations and foundations for specific uses in pursuit of the District's mission.
