Mari Boyd will lead you through A candlelit evening of somatic movement, music, vocal sounding, meditation, energy work, and group ecstatic dance — designed to support your body’s own intuitive power to access buried trauma, free tension, expand sensuality, experience bliss, and unleash joy. 

These embodiment practices teach you how to inhabit your full aliveness, pleasure, relaxation, and self-sufficient safety.
